I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were so friendly and always went out of their way to make my stay even better. The food was absolutely amazing - I couldn't resist indulging in it all day long. The chef deserves a special shoutout for the beautifully presented dishes. I loved having my own personal hot spring tub, it was such a relaxing experience. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The extra heaters were a great touch, keeping me warm during the chilly nights and drying my muddy shoes from a hike in the nearby mountains.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We enjoyed the experience of staying at a traditional Japanese inn with a personal hot spring tub. The onsen was very relaxing and soothing. The local food was fresh, with hearty portions. We also enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and were pleased with its accessibility.
The hotel was difficult to locate, even with the help of a GPS and it wasn't close to the city center. The view from our balcony was not very pleasing.

The food at this ryokan was absolutely amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious with a balcony that unfortunately overlooked a construction site, but it was still nice to have the option to step outside. We loved the hot springs and having our own personal tub. the extra heaters in the room were much appreciated during the chilly nights.
It was a bit difficult to find the ryokan, even with GPS in English. the hot springs, although nice, could have been hotter at times, especially on colder days.

We had an amazing two-day stay. The best aspects were the overstuffed and delicious food, personal hot spring tub, well-designed interiors, and the extra heaters in the room. The staff was gracious, helpful, and ever-aware of our needs.
